TABLE OF CONTENTS

Basic Combat Training (BCT) is a nine-week training course where recruits go through the process of becoming full-fledged Soldiers in the U.S. Army.

In America's Army BCT is comprised of four single-player challenges modeled after many of the actual training environments found at Fort Benning, Georgia. These 4 BCT Challenges include: Basic Rifle Marksmanship (BRM), Eagle Tower Course Training, Weapons Familiarization, and MOUT (Shoot House). Through this training you'll learn how to move, shoot and communicate - the core Soldiering Skills of the U.S. Army and the fundamental controls within America's Army.

BCT must be completed in a specific order beginning with Basic Rifle Marksmanship (BRM). Completing BRM will unlock Eagle Tower Confidence Course. Completing Eagle Tower unlocks Weapons Familiarization. Shoot House is the final test in BCT and once you've passed, all of the Infantry multiplayer missions become available to you. To begin you must have an active player account and be logged in then click on the TRAINING button from the Main Menu. Upon successfully completing each phase of BCT your results will be recorded and sent to your Record Brief on the server. If you are not online and logged in when completing any of the BCT Challenges your results will not be recorded. To play online you must pass training and submit your results online. You can retry these courses any number of times.
