Create a Projector Tutorial

1. Open Actor Class Browser
2. Locate Projectors
3. Click Plus Sign Next to Projectors
4. Select *DynamicProjector
5. Right Click in top viewport where u want projector and choose Add DynamicProjector here
6. Alight projector in view ports where u want it to project something
7. Right Click on Projector Icon and choose Dynamic Projector Properties
8. Click Plus next to Projector
9. Open Texture browser and make sure texture u want projected is displayed. for this example I am using Texture’T_AA2_FX.Decal.fx_decal_explosion’
10. Change FOV to say 10
11. Change MaxTraceDistance to 32
12. Click in the blank area for ProjTexture then if you selected a texture in the browser click use in my example Texture’T_AA2_FX.Decal.fx_decal_explosion’ appears after I click use.
13. Texture should now display if not move projector icon closer to the surface you want it displayed on or adjust MaxTraceDistance
