I can't see any server in the Deployment Screen, what could be the problem?

First check your firewall to ensure that it is not blocking access to America's Army. If you continue to have this issue you can change your browser to GameSpy by selecting it in the dropdown list on the lower-left side of the Internet tab on the Deployment screen.
