PunkBuster kicked me for "undefined reason", what does that mean?

Whole kick notification is this: "KICK NOTIFICATION: 'User Name' has been kicked for an undefined reason: YOU HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM THIS GAME SERVER VIA PUNKBUSTER ...
