In 2003, America’s Army: Special Forces was released. This component of America’s Army was used to introduce the public to U.S. Army Special Forces, also known as the Green Berets. New features, and equipment were added to the game for those that chose to become qualified and play as a Green Beret within the game. This chapter will provide additional detail of the elements involved with being a Green Beret in America’s Army.
