What are the requirements to unlock Advanced Marksmanship Training?

You must hit a minimum of 36 out of 40 targets on the Rifle Range to unlock Advanced Marksmanship training. To complete Advanced Marksman and qualify as a sniper, follow the directions of the instructor. Take all the time you need to engage the target downrange. Remember, you only have one shot.
